Where are my decisions?

Hello Joro...I can very well understand your situation as I am riding on the same boat. I applied to 6 universities and I have already received 3 rejections including the school which I considered to be safe. Right now I am waiting for a decision from my top choice and the other two safe choices. Surprisingly when I checked the online status of my application for one of my safe schools, it said that the decision has been made and written notification to follow. Do you know what does it mean ?? It's a canadian university. Does it mean I am rejected or accepted ??

I would like to know whether this is your first stint with applications ?? or have you applied earlier too ??? If I have not got any rejections or acceptance from some of the universities, can I take it like "I am on a wait-list"...I could have emailed them but I am scared to do that. I don't know what to do. This waiting thing is too much to bear...

UGH ME TOO! How hard is it to just send me a freaking rejecton letter?! I mean seriously...I have not heard a peep from 3 schools...shoot me an email an tell me I am rejected fah chrissakes! and one school wants me to let them know ASAP whether I will attend...but I have not received a letter re: financial assistance yet. UM, WTF?!

priya: I have no idea what that means. Just wait for the notification or contact admissions. I applied last year and got into 4 schools. I would stay contact admissions if you haven't heard anything.

17 days and still counting...nothing today. On the bright side, I did have a small conversation with a cute dental assistant today about my grad school admissions. She wants me to call her at work to let her know my results.

I called the 3 schools.

I left at GSU, left a voicemail at OHIO and spoke with Syracuse..they told me they haven't finalized decisions yet. I guess that is a good thing that I haven't received a NO from them?

UCONN told me it would be a 'couple of weeks' before they decide on funding. 2 weeks from now will be the week of the 15th. How am I supposed to inform them of my decision whether or not to apply if I don't have any information about my funding package by then??

16 days left

13 days left and one application status change. Still have not heard from my first choice. I know they accept about 18 students a year and I know 2 have been accepted (most likely more than that I don't know about).

12 days left and another decision added. Only 5 more schools left.

I guess there are quite a few of us in the same boat. I'm still waiting to hear from 6 more schools. Rejected from Lehman; said I didn't have enough of the pre-reqs but that I should reapply in the fall for the spring term 2011. Also rejected from Hunter and Queens. I would love to get in somewhere. Hope someone out there is listening....... Anyone accepted to Kean??????

11 days left and I hear back this week from the school I've been waiting for!!! Excited, but extremely scared at the same time.

Got admission into the Phd program at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

0 days left and still waiting for my decision to come in the mail. I guess tomorrow will be -1 day. Haha.
