I agree. I find it very unlikely that people will actually send their POI info, it puts them in a very awkward position. Let the cards fall where they may, my friends.

I'm applying to Clinical PhD (and maybe a PsyD or two as back up) in Fall 2014. I took the GRE this past January and did well (thank goodness!) I'm currently on a summer research grant through my school. I'm working on my honors thesis dealing with health anxiety while using online health resources. I'm starting to work on my personal statement, but I'm a little nervous because I'm not sure what exact aspect of clinical I want to do research in. I'm going back and forth between neuropsychology, health, or just general adult clinical. Does anyone know if I need to make a definite choice or just express interest in these areas?
