Hi All! I am currently a senior at FIU and majoring in ESE. I'll be completing the post-bacc program at FIU next year also. I plan on applying For Fall 2017 to graduate programs.
My husband has a very good and stable job in South Florida so I would only be able to apply to programs in south FL.... FIU, FAU and Nova. I know, I know I'm very limited. I have found some information on NOVA's program but almost nothing about FIU and FAU programs besides general information. I have a few, maybe a lot (lol) of questions about the programs. I was wondering if anyone could provide insight.
Thanks in advance! I'll take any recommendation or tip for when I am an applicant
1. For current/past students, what were your stats/experience like when you were accepted to these programs?
2. Do these schools tend to accept mostly from their undergrad students?(Mostly FIU, FAU, I know Nova does not)
3. Do they accept only a certain amount of out-of field applicants a semester?
4. Does FAU accept all the Post-Bacc credits from FIU's Post-bacc program?
5. Are the classes offered mostly at night, online or daily?
6. What are some things you like/dislike about the programs at FIU, FAU and Nova?
7. What is the programs focus? (mostly education, medical) and do you get a lot of externship opportunities in both settings?
