Hi all!
My name is Pierre. I am currently an Honours Cognitive Science at McGill (Montreal, Canada) with a minor in Computer Science. I have taken most of my classes in Comp. Sci and Neuroscience/Psychology with a few linguistics. I am also a French citizen, so I am able to pay local in all EU Universities in Europe. It seems to me that there are a lot of interesting Master's/Ph D programs in Europe in Cognitive Science and especially Computational Cognitive Science.
So far my choices in terms of Grad School are:
1) (UK) University of Edinburgh: School of Informatics - Master's in Cognitive Science: http://www.ed.ac.uk/...gnitive-science
2) (UK) University of Birmingham/M Sc in Computational neuroscience and Cognitive Robotics: http://www.birmingham.ac.uk/postgraduate/courses/taught/psych/computation-neuro-cognitive-robotics.aspx#CourseOverviewTab / http://www.birmingham.ac.uk/research/activity/cncr/index.aspx
3) (UK) University of Sheffield: MSc in Cognitive and Computational Neuroscience: http://www.shef.ac.u...masters/ccn_msc
4) (Netherlands) University of Groningen, Behavioral and Cognitive Neuroscience - C track: Cognitive Neuroscience and Cognitive Modelling: http://www.rug.nl/ma...earch/programme
5) (Ireland) University College Dublin - Master's Cognitive Science: http://cogsci.ucd.ie/masters.php
6) (Switzerland) ETH Zurich: Master in Neural systems and Computation: https://www.ethz.ch/...omputation.html
7) (UK) UCL: Master's in Cognitive and Decision Sciences: http://www.ucl.ac.uk...rs/TMSPSYSCDS01
What do you guys think of this list? Does anyone know any other programs in Europe (European Union, if possible) that might be interesting?
Thanks a lot!
Pierre
