  1. Just got a rejection email from uoft, atleast i'm glad they finally made a decision. Goodluck everyone
  2. Lol, i didnt mean concert literally, i meant the mpp program at UofT, i used that (concert) only because you likened the experience to that of a concert.
  3. Haha...good news before the end of april hopefully.
  4. Hahaha!!! Celebrating 'the wait', this is crazy. Anyways, all the best in your philosophy exam
  5. Oh, i totally understand your frustration, hopefully it will be positive. I really dunno what to make of it, but it seems like good news, maybe they are considering you for funding ! You never can tell till you hear from them. If I may suggest, have you tried calling them to confirm, since they are not responding to your email. Maybe the admissions team or your program director or supervisor since you applied to a phd program.
  6. Its just so unfair that we have to wait this long and considering the fact that if we get in, we need time to apply for visa. I applied since october last year, i'm just tired of waiting. I just need to know what their decision is, so i can move on already. Their response to my email is contradictory, one person says they'll get to us next month, the other says early april....gosh!!!!. While in the case of utoronto, im not even sure if offers have been made to international applicants like they claim on their website. I wish someone can just confirm, all i have seen are offers to domestic applicants. Anyways, goodluck while we keep waiting
  7. Whats happening tomorrow? 1 month anniversary !!! lol
  8. Hi, Just wondering if any international applicant to uoft's MPP or carleton uni's MPPA has received an offer from them. The wait is nerve-racking, i wonder why its taking them this long to make a decision. I'm aware offers have been made to domestic students about a month ago and that uoft noted that offers will be made to international applicants the week of march 28, however no updates since then as to whether the offers were made or not, their response to my email enquiry was just generic. If you have any info, kindly share. Thanks
  9. Hey Charlim, Believe me, the wait is tiring. The other time i emailed them, they said offers will be made to international applicants the week of 21/28 march. Since, i didnt hear from them, i sent another email to follow up on monday, but no response. So, i called today to ask if offers have been made to international applicants and the lady that picked said yes. She said, they intend to keep making offers till the class is filled up and will get back to everyone hopefully by the end of april. If really, offers have been made to some international applicants, i'm not sure if they'll still make more offers to international, cos i believe they prioritize domestic applicants over us (i might be wrong tho). But, i'ld say, stay hopeful and you could prolly contact them via email or give them a call. All the best.
  10. I know the feeling, exactly why i was glad when i saw your post that you've been accepted. I can imagine the joy and ease you must have felt when you got the email. Anyways, i do hope i get accepted, i feel welcomed already
  11. You are welcome. Yea, thanks, saw that and i'v replied to your post. I sure will and I look forward to that as well. Cheers
  12. Thanks, they actually updated the international part of the info after I emailed them to ask when they'll get back to us. I got tired of their silence, the lady actually told me the week of 21/28, but i guess 28 since thats what they have on their website. The wait is just extremely tiring.
