Difficulty in chosing between University of California, Merced and University of Iowa for my PhD

Hi I have got two offers for my PhD. One at the University of Iowa department of biochemistry graduate program and other at the University of California, Merced Quantitative and Systems biology graduate program. I am actually interested in working in a computational lab and both these universities have. I am really finding it difficult to chose one between them. I would appreciate if someone could help me in deciding one. Thank you
