Hi all! My application was complete on 2/9, I was e-mailed for an interview on 3/4, had my interview 3/15 and was accepted yesterday 3/25! I am very happy as Hunter was my number one choice! I'd love to connect with anyone else who is planning on going for the two year clinical program! Good luck to all!

I applied to Hunter and Adelphi. I was accepted to Adelphi and received an interview for Hunter scheduled for mid March. I visited Adelphi and learned more about their program and I LOVE it. There program seems awesome. The only thing holding me back is the price. After my decision from Hunter I will then weigh the options between Adelphi and Hunter. Adelphi is easy commute whereas Hunter will be more of a commute. Although the price of Hunter is very appealing. But Adelphi definitely has an awesome program that I personally believe would be worth the money!

I just got my email for my interview for Hunter today. Was also accepted to NYU with a scholarship but still too expensive as I have undergraduate loans. I was also accepted to Adelphi which is a small private university on Long Island that has a great program. Waiting for my Hunter interview and will make a decision from there!

UPDATE: I have been accepted to Adelphi and NYU. I did not end up applying to Stonybrook and am still finishing up applying to Hunter.

Hi everyone! I am applying for the fall 2016 Masters of Social Work programs to Hunter, NYU, Adelphi, and Stonybrook. Does anyone have any experience with these schools and know the chances for getting in? I have a 3.88 GPA, I am currently a double major in psychology and criminal justice. I completed an internship in a probation department which ended up being a lot like a counselor position. Anyone know my chances on getting into Hunter?
