Hi Zubin, I am currently studying Industrial Engineering, and am interested on yours views with the honeycombing effect in warehousing and methods to reduce honeycombing and be able to calculate the percentage of honeycombing that occurs in the warehouse. To be clear, honeycombing is the effect that is caused from lost of space in racking due to multiple situations such as inappropriate placement of pallet causing a blockage to another slot and etc. Look forward to hearing from you.
