School: University of Denver Area: Clinical Psych PsyD Rationalization: There really isn't one. I know that my individual interview did not go as well as it should have and I have a 3-year gap in my resume from being a stay-at-home mom. Comment: This one really stings. I'm regionally bound AND this is the best programmatic fit for me. I guess I'll be brushing up a bit over the next year and applying again next year. Coping tactics: Crying. Looking at jobs and at licensure to start building recent experience again.

Does anyone want to claim the DU PsyD admission on the results page? Curious who called. And congrats! Super exciting that you were offered a spot as I know the program was really competitive this year.

Seriously! I keep having to force myself to think of other things or to turn off my phone. Hopefully those of us still waiting hear something soon.

I called to check on my app at DU. Julie was really helpful and did not seem bothered by the questions at all. It might be worth asking. It looks like in past years, some people received a rejection early in the process, others didn't get one until the cohort was settled. I know I was told that sometimes, people can be invited to interviews immediately prior to them if spots open up.

I was set on wearing a suit, and then the invitation for interview specifically stated business casual. That always seems so much more difficult! Women's business casual has such a wide range of choices. I'll be trying on everything to see what looks best. I'm thinking slacks and a nice sweater with a few understated accessories.

Thanks! I'm starting to see a few invites being reported now, so I think they're just starting. Julie is, indeed, very awesome and helpful (I met with her during the application process). I just wasn't sure if asking would be an okay thing or not. Thanks for the information!
