Anybody heard from university of alberta yet?

That's a tough situation to be in. It's hard enough deciding on a school nevermind making that choice for two that works for both of you. My SO isn't applying to grad school but is coming with me and is graduating this year so our issue is finding balance between my program and his ability to get a job in his field. The places he can get work easier and for better pay don't necessarily align with my top choices for grad school. He's being very supportive and told me to go for the program that i want and not worry about him but it's hard not to! Good luck to you both I hope you hear good news for him soon so you can both get what you want.

Congrats @morningcup ! Still haven't heard anything myself. Was it from your POI or the department?

I knew I couldn't be the only one! Seeing all the american interviews going on definitely makes the waiting even harder! UBC is my top choice actually! I know it's a competitive program though so I'm trying not to get my hopes up too much. Who are you interested in working with there? Seems like every year the interviews go out at a different time because my U of M was super early I heard Jan 19th from them! Other years they haven't sent out requests until way into February! I actually think that's made it harder to wait for the rest now. Funding is a big part for me too if I get into U of M (which is my hometown by the way)it is not a thesis program so I'm a little nervous it will limit me later plus no research= no funding. It's just a lot cheaper to live here though! Good luck to you both I'm really hoping to hear from UBC soon!

Just thought I'd check to see if anyone else here is a Canadian School Psychology applicant? I've applied to UBC, U of C, U of A, U of T, and U of M. So far I've had my interview at U of M but haven't heard from any of the others. Where has everyone else applied and have you heard yet? The waiting is just awful! There are not a ton of records in the results from previous years at those schools in this program specifically either so it's hard to tell when exactly to expect to hear from them!
