I will have to resign from my work... that's a big thing since I am not in my 20's anymore! ^^ Congratulations to you too with UConn! it's great school, too! :))) About USC scholarship, I really didn't do anything else than application.. Thank you so much, Rose2017! Actually, I applied for USC, UCLA, and Cal State LA and I am trying to decide between USC and UCLA. I got $12,000 scholarship from USC but I am more leaning toward to UCLA! How is it going with you? Good luck to you with your admissions as well!!

I am a late bloomer as well. I had 4.0 GPA with psychology classes from CC, transferred to UCI with Psychology & Social behavior major (3.57 GPA). I applied to USC last year (I only applied USC at that time), received an offer $30,000 scholarship but i had to defer because I was not sure with MSW and high tuition. I have about half year volunteer experience at an orphanage, half year at Down Syndrome Foundation, 3 months at after-school programs for students from low-income families, 5 months as research assistant. I am not sure I have enough volunteer experience.. If I add them up, it could be about 1 1/2 years.. lol.. Currently I just started working in Public Social Services department about 3 months... I am not sure I am competitive candidate, but I wish I am!! I am currently working on my personal statement... How about anyone else? How is it going?

I also applied USC MSW Online program and am accepted. It's USC and I found it appealing because I don't have to drive and park and I can finish it in about a year with summer and winter session. I also want to know placement after graduation and so on since many people say there is no merit with online program... Does anyone know about this online program?

I am also accepted to USC! However, I am pretty concerned about their high tuition. I only applied for USC for this year! If I am not going to USC, I will have to apply for CSU and UCLA next year. How are you guys preparing for USC tuition?
