Hey, I just graduated from a small liberal arts university and I'm wondering what my chances are on acceptance into an MA program. I've got a 4.0, graduated in my school's honors program, was a TA, have recommendation letters from the theology and literature department chairs, and have research experience with the theology faculty. My biggest problem is that I transferred from a school where, due to personal issues in my life at the time, I got really bad grades. Will this affect my chances? I'm interested in studying systematic theology. My aspiration is a PhD and career in academia. I'd like to apply to Yale Divinity School, Harvard Divinity School, Princeton Theological Seminary, Duke Divinity School, and University of Chicago Divinity School. Any input on whether I have a shot at these schools or not would be greatly appreciated.
