Hi! I hope you are doing well- I want to apologize if I'm writing to you at a bad time, but I saw your very helpful post on a feed about the micro/macro economics requirements for graduate schools (IR) and noticed that you had completed the courses from the institution I plan on completing them from (UCB Extension)..
I was just wondering whether it was possible to take the online courses AFTER one's college graduation (in the following summer- before applying to graduate school) or whether they had to be taken concurrently, to be added to one's college transcript? Specifically whether UCB permitted this- and also what Georgetown's views were?

Hi All, Was wondering whether it would be possible to take online courses in micro/macro economics (from institutions such as UC Berkeley Extension/ University of Phoenix/ Gradschool.edu etc.) AFTER graduation from a 4 year institution? This is regarding the micro/macro economics course credits requirements for top APSIA IR Masters program such as the MSFS @ Georgetown, Johns Hopkins SAIS etc. .. Do let me know. Very Best.

Hi Kaseyleigh, I hope I'm not too late to this- Was just wondering whether it was necessary to be enrolled as a college student when taking an online course? Thinking about taking two online pre-requisite credits after my college graduation- in my work experience year before enrolling for my M.A- Was wondering if I could do it independently, or if I would have to be enrolled at an institution. Please do let me know if possible- would greatly appreciate it. Congratulations on GW! All the very best
