I'd like to know if someone has been awarded a Chevening Scholarship to study in the UK and hasn't come back your home country.
According to Chevening Guidelines, one must "return to your country of citizenship for a minimum of two years after your scholarship has ended". I'd like to pursue a PhD in the UK (or maybe in another country different than my home country) but this condition forbids me to continue studying.
Is it possible to don't come back to my home or even to live in another different than UK? How Chevening "knows" that I'm living in my country?
