Hi there, I had a couple of questions to ask. I had joined for a diploma course recently in Mississauga and I had rented an apartment near to my college there. I had lost my part time job that I am unable to my pay my fees and rent. So I am going to apply for mortgages for rentals. My question is can I make changes to my education loan in the mid of the course? Actually, I am getting a mortgage with 5% down payment, can I upgrade the loan to 0% down payment? Also, can I get the financial support for my rentals, here is the rental details http://www.macsuites.ca/mississauga/the-suites-of-mississauga/, one bedroom suites. While upgrading my rentals, can I mention about the rentals? Is there any possibility to get a mortgage for both rentals and education? Can I approach other lenders for the mortgage?
