I always take stairs instead of an elevator, walk instead of taking a bus. Drink a lot of water. Also, I almost always have an energy bar or yogurt with me. It stops me from going to McDonalds. -

Hi, virtua! I'm not sure if this question is still actual but I wanted to tell that there are a lot of students who could help you with proofreading of your SOP for free. Though I guess you should be cautious about who you choose to help you. Also, there are a lot of paraphrasing tools like this free paraphrase generator that can help you if you need help with paraphrasing. But they don't work 100% accurate so you still would need to proofread. -
