Hi, I'm at a loss about... pretty much everything. But my question for now is which universities to apply to for the kind of program I'm looking for. The only place I know for sure I want to apply to so far is Syracuse for their Communication and Rhetoric Studies program. Other than that, I'm stumped. What I'm looking for are programs that focus on identity construction, media analysis, critical cultural studies, and rhetorical theory (see the CRS link for a pretty good description of what I mean). What I'm not looking for are programs that focus on media production, speechwriting, personal communication, and things like that. Unfortunately, both tend to get grouped under similar names like comm studies and media studies, so sometimes it can be hard for me to seek out one and not the other. What are some good programs that fit the bill?
