I've actually asked; we are not doing the orientation this year unfortunately (...sigh, I live in DC). @CeeN I did not know you could do this programme two years in a row. Everyone, post your email addresses, so we can make a facebook group.

In the previous handbooks and forums for the NSF EASPI, I saw that there was an orientation in DC sometime in March. Does anyone know if this will be happening for us this year?

Yea, but after you replied back, accepting the offer, did you receive any correspondence? I responded in Jan 12, and haven't heard back yet.

Has anyone received confirmation of their acceptance of the tentative offer? I've responded with acceptance, but have not heard anything back yet.

I got my tentative offer for Japan today! I'm going to research at JAXA! I am excited to say the least!

Well, from the EAPSI 2016 forum, it looks like we will not hear about Japan until the beginning of February at least. Has anyone heard anything? I'm just really excited!
