I've applied to Indiana University's MS in Human Computer Interaction. I got this mail from them recently saying : "The admissions committee has rendered the first round of decisions. Your application is being considered for the second round of decisions. We anticipate the second round of decisions to be rendered no later than April 10, 2017. Once decisions have been rendered, you will receive an email and a postal letter. " What does this mean exactly? And does it bode well for me? Kunal
