  7. Anyone else that got into UIUC, did you get offered a "Roger Adams Fellowship"? I'm trying to figure out if that's just a generic thing they give to everyone but put a fancy name on it

  10. Anyone heard from stanford yet? So far I've been accepted to UT austin, ucla, U Mich, TAMU, and UIUC. Still waiting on NW
  11. I don't think it's risky to contact a PI after submitting an application as long as you had some sort of contact with them prior to submitting an app. Worst case they just don't respond to you. Best case they see your name, respond, and take an extra look at your file.
