    I reached out to Photo/Film. I contacted the Email on the website to the specific after I was told by the admissions email they were going to begin the review process shortly. Might have been slightly aggressive, but I also really wanted a tour of the facilities while I'm close to the university.

    @arte I reached out to VCU, and was invited to an artist crit/meeting with the heads of my prospective department. If you still haven't heard anything maybe try reaching out to people. Also I have my first meeting tomorrow with SVA. So nervous!

    @crssnt I'm applying to a different department *phew* to everyone - congrats so far! This has to be the world hardest month with the state of the country and waiting these out.

    I'm so anxiously awaiting VCU for Photo + Film! It's driving me insane!! But I heard today the school of arts is in their review process

    Hi all! Sort of freaking out here. I was late to the application game, but have a list with which I've applied. Any words of advice from people who are applying to Film MFA's. I have industry experience and festival showings of my short film. I got my BFA from a top 25 film school, but am still incredibly anxious. I'm applying to schools with a more art-film focus, hence not staying in my *cushy* industry job. Anyone else in a similar situation?
