I think the format changing is an indidation that the decision will be announced , however there is nothing to do with the decision result.

I recently received the AD from UC-Berkeley GSPP MPA, Columbia SIPA PEPM, Chicago Harris AM and Duke Sanford MIDP. I am interested in the energy industry. So, could anyone please tell me which one is better fit for me?, Because I am international candidate so I really want to know more about your opinion of these Schools and programs..
