Last year there was an interview from UT Austin sent out on 1/7. I was hoping get I got an interview. Do schools normally interview all potential candidates? I'm a non trad (43 years old - 20 year career in technology) trying to transfer from an MSW program. I figure I don't really have a chance, but still nervous as hell. And I get wanting to put in my notice at work!!!

Hello, I'm on the UT Austin waitlist for an MSSW in the part time program. Anyone get other notices to this program? Wondering if anyone who was accepted is interested in withdrawing for another option... Just keeping my fingers crossed. :-)

Hi All, Just wondering if anyone had heard about UT Austin MSSW notifications (I'm interested in 3.5 year program, but any news would be good). I saw some admits/rejects to the school of social work in late Jan very early Feb, but nothing since then. I heard 6-8 weeks after deadline most people would be notified. Any news? Today is end of week 8. I reached out to Admissions Director, but not heard back. I assume she's very busy right now. :-) Nick
