    I am currently attending my masters in neuroscience and when looking at other schools for a PhD I am seeing that almost none of them have a post masters PhD, meaning I would have to start over with another 4-5 years for a PhD. Does anyone know of schools that have a post masters neuroscience PhD program? Thank you
