I got rejected from 2/4 and still awaiting answers from the rest. It's already an year since I completed my B-tech. Any advice? should I get work experience or something?

Well the point is 7.15 is pretty high in my university. So let's just wait and see. -

Hey, I am trying for a masters in mechanical for the coming fall semester. So for an application to Florida Institute of Technology I had to get my CGPA(7.15 in India) converted by WES to the USA grading system. Accordingly, my score is about 2.87. Which is really low compared to American Standards. And most grad schools do not accept anything below 3.00. So I'm super worried if that is the case. What I don't understand as that people with CGPA of around 6.7-7.0 have gotten admitted to colleges such as Cincinnati. I want to know if that conversion is what will be directly used by the college for the application. If that is the case, I'm sheesh kebab.
