In ESSAY 1 in the MC/MPA application form you are asked for chronological resume I have a professional experience of 7 years & another 10 years of extracurricular leadership experience mostly before the time of my professional experience - should I limit my resume to 2 pages ? Should I go into details of my former extracurricular leadership experience ( which is in another field from what I'm practicing now in my profession) Thanks,
