avicennalocke Posted January 8, 2014 Share Posted January 8, 2014 Hey all, It seems that the World Bank Offers some fellowships to certain "preferred universities" to study econ development / MPP type programmes, However, they don't have much in the way of information about eligibility. I was wondering if anyone here could shed some light on the eligibility? I'm British, went to a top university here (Oxbridge) and am applying for various MPP programmes in the US. The website says they are open to World Bank member countries but all my research suggests people only from the developing world get it. Maybe someone could shed some more light?! While it is not so spelled out on the world bank's website, it is written explicitly on the websites of partnership programs like HKS MPA/ID. joaoxxiii Posted February 19, 2014 Share Posted February 19, 2014 I am afraid you are not eligible. They are explicit regarding dual-citizenship (one being from a developed country). Eligibility Criteria: Not be a dual citizen of any industrialized country.
