Graduate Institute Masters in Development Studies over Paris School Public Policy & Development?

Dear All,

I have been accepted with full schol at the Graduate Institute for Masters in Development Studies and I have also been selected for the PSE PP&D programme.

I am not very interested in doing a PHD in Economics later in life ( I am more for a PHD in Policy or International Development). However, I would like to do research jobs in the development sector ( like JPAL or World Bank) with some management/implementation aspects too. Please note that the masters in Graduate Institute is more of a quantitative social sciences programme as I can take up almost all the econometrics courses from the econ department.

Given these interests , I am worried if my decision to attend Graduate Institute over PSE would be career suicide. What do you people think?
