Couldn't access the old one I think we'll hear something next month. I applied for the Graduate Fellowship myself. A colleague of mine was awarded the graduate fellowship a few years ago, I believe she was informed in June. I really hope this doesn't get delayed. I had to deal with that for the EPA STAR 2013. 17 months from the day of submission until they told us they would go ahead with the awards. It was ZERO fun. If I find out that I'm awarded the fellowship before August 1st I can still back out of TAing.
