Funding for MS in aerospace engineering when BS is not mech/aero?

I'm planning to apply to MS programs in aerospace engineering, but I have a BS in computer science. I assume I will have to take some undergraduate ME/AE courses in my first year (and may require more than two years to complete the program). Does this mean that I'm unlikely to receive any funding for the first year (or as long as I'm taking remedial coursework)? If I have very little chance of funding regardless of where I go, I'll try to start this fall at the mediocre state university where I can pay in-state tuition. If there's a decent chance of funding, I'll consider applying to the nationwide schools where I really want to go this fall/winter, to start in fall 2015.
