I currently hold an M.S. from Colorado State in Civil Eng - Hydraulic Engineering, and am now considering applying for PhD programs in the same field after 12 years of professional experience.  I am just now beginning to research what programs I might want to apply to, I know for sure CSU will be on that list, but I'd like to broaden the application pool a bit.  Does anyone else have suggestions of desirable programs in this area?

My ultimate goal would be to teach at the undergraduate or possibly graduate level.
