elbek
Hi Forum members. I am planning to pursue master degree in computer sceince and fitchburg state university requires GRE with following statement: "Official GRE test scores (quantitative and analytical subtests must be taken and scores must be at least in the 50th percentile)". Does the statement mean that I should answer at least 50% of quantitative and analytical subtests? The requirement itself is here: http://www.fitchburgstate.edu/uploads/files/Admissions/AR_ms_compute.pdf Thanks. -Elbek.

Monochrome Spring
It means that your score should be better than 50% of test takers'. https://www.ets.org/s/gre/pdf/gre_guide_table1a.pdf Verbal at least 151 Quantitative at least 153 Analytical Writing at least 4.0 elbek
TakeruK
Note that the percentiles are computed again every year. But you probably would not expect it to change by more than 1 point or so per year.
