MS in CIS vs MIS and Teaching.

Hi, I have a couple of questions about masters in the US -

1. Is it advisable to do MIS (in one of the top 30) with less than 1 year of work experience after B.E in Information Science?

2. Anybody who's taken up a career in teaching after MS (in either CS or MIS)? If so, would you recommend it to others? Pros and cons, maybe 

Will be applying for fall 2015.

PS - I know it depends on individual interests. But you won't really know until you do it yourself. The question is for people who've gone through this.
