I took GRE recently and scored 327, with 162 in verbal, 165 in quant, and AWA 4.0. I am worried due to my low quant score. In mocks I was getting around 169-170 in quant, and was scoring around 325-327. I am planning to apply in top 15 universities in US. Will 165 in quant hurt my application? Should I retake GRE exam? Vene Posted August 16, 2014 Share Posted August 16, 2014 Dumb luck during the test will alter your score slightly, so going from 169 to 165 means absolutely nothing.
