Sunshine5535 Posted September 1, 2014 Share Posted September 1, 2014 Hi All, I was wondering if anyone knows anyone who has transferred programs or knows of schools that allow this? I am currently doing my masters at an out of state school but am planning a wedding in my home state of NY and just want to weigh my options because it could put a strain on my relationship. Missthang Posted September 1, 2014 Share Posted September 1, 2014 I have never heard of anyone switching programs, but I have heard of people deferring a year (due to a pregnancy or other personal issues). Maybe that would be a better option or talk to your advisor/coordinator and discuss what's going on. I'm sure they'd be happy to counsel you on what would be a wise choice to make in this situation.
