Chance of getting admission with scholarship?

Hey everybody, I am recently senior mechatronics engineering student from a private university in Turkey. I will graduate with ~3.5 gpa at the end of this year and looking forward to get master degree from schools I will state below. I also got BSc. Applied Sciences in Engineering degree from Rutgers University with 3.55 gpa. 2 summer internships in Turkey, strong LoR, No publications, no research background. Senior design project has been selected for 1st place in "Best project demonstration" category.. I will take TOEFL and GRE in next moth. So my question is that what is my chance to get admission with/without scholarship/assistanship/fellowship from these schools?

P.S. I know its a long list but I wanna take any chance. Please share your any opinion. I care much. I know these are high-ranked schools but it is worth trying.

I am not a Mechanical Engineer but my feeling is that you have a very good chance of getting into those UK universities (Liverpool should be fairy easy i think), A GPA of 3.55 should translate to a high 2.1 so you should be ok.

For the US institutions, it'll depend on the GRE (since your English seems good enough). You're right on the fence as of now, since your academic credentials are good but you don't have prior research experience, which may or may not deter the more esteemed schools.

Thank you buddy. Yeah, I better off get high scores on TOEFL and GRE. I can't predict what's going to happen:)
