I graduated from college in 2013, started my full-time job in August 2013, and I am applying for programs with a Fall 2015 entrance date. So I currently have a little over a year of full-time, professional work experience, but when I begin the program, I will have 2 years of experience. That is the only thing you can guarantee to be true (you can't guarantee that you'll still be at your job a year from now).
