Political Science PhD SOP, can anyone take a look at it?

This is the first time I am applying to PhD programs. Even though I researched quite a bit before writing my SOP, I still think that it is very bad. I still have some time before I need to submit it but I want someone who has more experience to have a look at it and critique it.
