sindyburnburn
Hi everyone, I took the GRE november 14th and I sent my scores to schools at the test center. I know it's only been 5 days, but it still says "Absent or not available" on the website. Does my score show up only after they've graded my essays? Should I be worried? Will my scores be sent to schools in time for the Dec 1st deadline? Many thanks! Jane
peachypie
I would think that on ETS your official scores won't be available until your essays have been graded. I feel like it will take maybe 1-2 weeks to get your official scores. I think you will have the official scores prior to December 1st since ETS is pretty quick in the turnaround time of these items. However it is a busy time, it may even take your school's a little bit until after December 1st to update that they have received the scores. My scores only showed up in ETS after the AWA grading was done, which was exactly 7 days after the test date.
shadowclaw
The latest time I took the GRE, it took 8 days for the scores to show up online, and all 3 sections were posted at the same time. I believe it was the same for the first time. However, I'm not sure how long it takes for the schools to receive them!
