Does Berkeley offer funding based on GREs?

Hello! I've been reading this forum for a while, and it's very helpful.

I am applying to Ph.D. programs straight out of undergraduate (I am a senior). My GREs are 168V; 157Q; 4W.

I am concerned about my Q and W because they are not extraordinary- mostly because I am not sure if Berkeley offers funding based on them. Does anyone know about their funding criteria?

I would be surprised if it were anything bit the norm, which is to say that your GRE will be a part of the picture both for admission and for funding. Sometimes the gradate school (as opposed to the department) has more cut and dry requirements (3.0gpa, for ex) but I haven't seen any discussing GRE scores in this case.

I've been told that fellowships in the UC system are often tied to GRE scores.  If I end up at one of the UCs I assume I will be TAing rather than receiving a fancy fellowship.  My Quant was terrible.

I'm concerned. I can't really a place that fits me better than Berkeley, but even if they take me, it ultimately it comes to being able to live. I want food to be generous with me. :/

Does anyone know what the funding actually IS at Berkeley? Because I've applied there as well but I already live in Berkeley...and I have to move whether I get in anywhere or not! I'm paying over 2Gs for a one bedroom. So... yeah. You are correct to be concerned.

Funding at Berkeley is really variable. Could be potentially as low as 18K, though the multi-year fellowships (Chancellor's, for example) are 27.5K.  A good number of students apply for extramural fellowships (NSF, Ford, etc) to supplement their income.
