Harsh news: your scores do not meet the minimum requirements for those schools. MIT requires at least 100 on the TOEFL. Those are top tier programs where many of the applicants will have close to perfect scores.

Aside from that, you don't provide your focus or whether you want a masters or PhD so it's hard to offer any other advice.

Unfortunately I agree with geographyrocks. Your scores may get you immediately disqualified from many programs, especially your TOEFL. Read the program and university websites for information on minimum required TOEFL scores. These are generally strict, so if you don't meet it, you don't have a chance.

GRE: Quant 156, Verbal 145, AWA 3.0; Toefl 78

 

Universities: Caltech, MIT, UC Berkeley

Your quantitative is mediocre. Your verbal is low. Your AW is low. Your TOEFL is terrible. You're also looking at some of the most competitive universities in the US.

 

Luckily for you, the GRE isn't necessarily that important. Unluckily for you, the TOEFL does matter.
