My background is in Biomedical Engineering (working for a medical device company) but I am open to anything like Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Biomedical or even Managment Engineering. Ideally without a thesis (so Master's of Engineering). I need the total cost to be under $15000 I don't care too much about rank of school as this is mainly to complete a requirement.
