I dont know what is a way to find a college that is good in teaching that specifically (please dont say ivy league colleges ). I am trying to find colleges which are not very difficult to get in. You could start there to find prospective schools but you will need to do research on the professors and research labs at the universities to see if each university is a good fit for you and what you want to do.
