I would (hopefully) be heading there with my family for a PhD program. So inputs about housing (reasonable) and schools if possible would be great! Cheers! kunst101 Posted March 16, 2015 Share Posted March 16, 2015 arlington is definitely a great suburban like city. You have malls, stadiums, and food. It's close to dallas so that's always nice. all la la Posted March 16, 2015 Share Posted March 16, 2015 I can't necessarily speak about the school, but Arlington is pretty nice. It is situated right between Dallas and Fort Worth and both are good cities with tons of things to do on all spectrums. I have family who are raising kids in the area with no real complaints.
