I am looking for a masters program in linguistic anthropology with a focus on documentive/descriptive linguistics, identity and preferably with a faculty interested in Iranian languages/Persian Gulf, in the United States. I come from international studies/international affairs background, would that be a hindrance in my application (GPA 3.93, excellent CV, recommendations, 5 languages)?
