I was accepted in both University of Exeter MPA and MPA Programme Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, NUS with Full Scholarship from Chevening and LKYSPP Graduate Scholarship respectively. I am very confused to decide which one is the right choice. Any one give me some advice and suggestion? I will appreciate it very much. Thank you in advance. I am civil servant (Head of Program Formulation) in Coordinating Ministry for Political, Legal and Security Affairs. However, at the moment I am in the middle of officially transfer to Ministry for Research and Higher Education as a Lecturer in new public University.
