turtleprincess
I was thinking of applying to a lab in Yale's EEB program, messaged the professor and got a very positive response. However, I did not see anything on their website about guaranteed funding. I can't afford to pay ~$40,000 US for a Masters or PhD, and expect to be able to live off of my funding/stipend. Does anyone know how Yale funds its biology graduate students? Personal experience? Thanks!
neverdecaf
I believe PhD students at Yale in all departments have guaranteed funding for 6 years..
pachydermatus
PhD students get guaranteed funding for 5 years (~$32k), tuition and fee waiver, and health insurance.
