Economic Impact Analysis: Local vs. Non-Local Labor

Hello everybody! I'm doing an economic impact analysis on hiring local vs. non-local labor in the Allentown-Bethlehem-Easton Metropolitan, PA area. I've previously done a project finding the effect of hiring employees in certain industries through BEA data sets and STATA. I don't quite know how to go about finding accurate data on the number of local and non-local employees in the area. I'm open to any suggestions!

Thanks in advance! :)
