Can anyone tell me who the practicum evaluation is supposed to be sent to? Is it my field instructor from my university or the field supervisor from my placement? I would send the practicum evaluation to whoever can elaborate more on your skills in field. I sent mine to my field supervisor because we worked more closely together than my field instructor.
