I declined since I have a better offer elsewhere. My POI was a new assistant professor in geomechanics and geophysics. If you'd like to know his name or any other information, send me a message. Then a day later I was contacted by the graduate coordinator to RSVP. My POI is Senior Research Scientist and head of a consortium.
